GENERAL CONDITIONS

Conditions in joining the training courses :

Courses organised by the CFFI are open to any person who registers and pays the fees.All our prices are net and do not include accommodation or meals except if stated in advance.The course fee must be paid in full at the start of the course.

Registration :

For every course, registration can be carried out over the phone, by post or by e-mail. A training agreement will be sent to the student when registration is recorded. This agreement will have to be signed and sent back to the CFFI two weeks before the start of the course with a cheque to the value of 50 % of the course fee enclosed. Registration will be valid once the signed agreement and deposit are received. A written quote of the cost of course can be provided, on request, as well as a detailed programme of the training including any supplementary requirements. As the number on each course is limited, these places will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. A course may be postponed due to a lack of students. The training content can also be varied depending on the students’needs.

Postponing or cancelling :

A course will only be provided once the minimum number of students is reached. If not, the course may be postponed or cancelled. Candidates will be informed of such an eventuality within two weeks before the scheduled start date of the course. In the case of a course cancellation, the registration cheque will be sent back to the student. No further compensation will be possible. If a course is postponed, the students will be informed of the new dates. If a student was to cancel his/her registration within 6 weeks prior to the start of the course, he/she will have to pay a cancellation fee, which will be equivalent to 20% of the cost of the course. If cancelling within a month before the start of the course and without exceptional circumstances, the student will lose the deposit in total.
